This service includes all necessary steps to prepare samples for different proteomic analyses: protein extraction from tissues, cells or fluids, precipitation, cleaning, desalting, quantification and digestion (in gel or in solution) with proteolytic enzimes (trypsin, chymotrypsin, lys-C…), to obtain the correspondent peptides.
